Un dragon pas ordinaire
Il était une fois, un dragon pas ordinaire. Au lieu de cracher du feu comme les autres dragons, il crachait… de l’eau ! Croyez-vous que ça le contrariait? Pas du tout : il était ravi ! Il prenait des douches vingt-deux fois par jour en écoutant du rock à la radio.
Un matin, un journaliste a annoncé qu’un incendie venait d’éclater au Jardin des plantes. Vite, le dragon s’est essuyé et a foncé là-bas. Il a craché des trombes d’eau sur le feu qui s’est éteint rapidement.
À présent, le dragon est pompier. Il a un beau casque qu’il n'ôte que pour se doucher !

The news is something that anyone who is studying Business English should really pay attention to. 

Watch it, read it, or listen to it. It doesn't matter how you digest the news, and, in truth, you would do best to mix all three methods to improve all your skills, but what it is really great for are 2 key things - improving your vocabulary for talking about things that are current and relevant, and providing you will a great resource for things to talk about that really affect us all, from ways of doing business today right down to everyone's day to day lives.

今天我们来聊聊养生这个话题。养生是什么意思呢？词典说，养生就是摄养身心以长寿。这本来来自于传统中医的概念，如今在中国的年轻人中也是个热词。这是为什么？因为现在城市里的年轻人有很多的娱乐和诱惑，许多人喜欢享受夜生活，吃夜宵，泡酒吧，撸串烧烤等等。中国城市里极大的物质丰富的夜生活，让人目不暇接。

奶茶、汽水，炸鸡，蛋糕。这些美食不仅让人长胖，还会带来很多的健康问题。这些都使很多二三十岁的年轻人的身体状态亮起了红灯。看着出了问题的体检报告，原来大部分问题，都是生活方式的问题。于是，传统中医开始悄悄进入年轻一代的视野。保温杯里泡上枸杞，冬天来点儿红糖姜枣茶，夏天来点儿菊花茶，掉头发吃黑芝麻丸……各种养生小技能让年轻朋友们纷纷效仿。

其实，养生是一个历史悠久的大话题，属于中国传统医学。中医讲究药食同源，很多食物对人身体是有类似药物的作用的。许多食材用来泡水、煮粥、煲汤，各种功效纷繁复杂，但是也非常有意思。比如现在是冬天，如果你感觉身体总是冷，可以多吃热性食物，比如羊肉、生姜和红枣。
