Here are the examples from today's episode: I’ll cook up a pizza for us. = I’ll cook a pizza up for us. Hey, I’ve got to leave in twenty minutes and I’m starving. Do you think you could help me whip up some dinner? Evelyn and Roger said they’re going to whip up some sandwiches for lunch. I’m making a salad, so I’ll need to cut up lettuce, cucumber, red onions, green onions, and olives. I’m going to slice up some apples. Are you OK with eating the peel, or should I peel it off?
