He is as good as I - Correct but sounds formal. He is as good as me - Informal, Widely used by native speakers in conversation. Other versions with the same meaning: He's just as good as i am! His skills match my own. He and I are both good at _______ . (writing, running, swimming, ect. )

Hi Fann Herr! The use of I and me in a sentence is a commonly asked question. It runs a close race with other puzzlers such as who and whom when it comes to English grammar. In your example, both sentences can be correct depending upon the intention of the writer. In the first sentence, the second "as" serves as a preposition and me is objective. Thus, "me" is the object of the preposition. (as me). The second sentence proceeds as a continued statement because the second "as" serves the role of a conjunction. "I" is nominative here: "He is as good as I." (am good). There's many examples of this quandary. I don't know if native speakers are consistent with this rule of grammar. It depends on the subject of the sentence vs the object of the sentence. It's a good idea to read up on the grammar rule at least a little bit. "Fann and I went to the store." "Fann went to the store with John and me." "Come to the store with Fann and me."

I think they both may be grammatically correct; however, the first sentence would be most commonly used.
