Could you check my text please? Early morning workout. Today I first time in my life went to gym in the early morning before work. I had different expectations of that. On the one hand many people says that they feel so good and productive all day afterwards. On the other hand for other people it’s too challenging, since they feel weaker that usual during the workout and can’t lift same weights in the morning. So, what about my experience? I woke up at 6 am, had some coffee, went to the gym and started the training at 7.20 am. The weights I took were pretty much the same as I typically do, especially when it came to leg exercises. With upper body exercises I was a bit less capable than usual though. The time after training and probably until a lunch break I hadn’t felt perfect. I’m not sure why, but it was so difficult for me to focus on something and force the brain working. It got better afternoon though. What else I noticed is that all day I’d had a constant appetite, apparently the workout sped up my metabolism. Given that, it definitely has some pros and cons. But what I liked the most is how empty the gym was. At the begining of the session I was alone, then one woman joined me. I have nothing against people, but it was cool to be alone in the whole hall. Thank you!

Could you check my text please? Early Morning Workout Today, for the first time in my life, I went to the gym early in the morning before work. I had different expectations. On one hand, many people say they feel great and productive all day afterward. On the other hand, for some people, it’s too challenging—they feel weaker than usual during the workout and can’t lift the same weights in the morning. So, what about my experience? I woke up at 6 a.m., had some coffee, went to the gym, and started training at 7:20 a.m. The weights I used were pretty much the same as usual, especially for leg exercises. With upper body exercises, though, I was a bit less capable than normal. After the workout, and probably up until lunch, I didn’t feel great. I’m not sure why, but it was really hard to focus or make my brain work. It got better in the afternoon, though. One more thing I noticed: I had a constant appetite all day. Apparently, the workout sped up my metabolism. All in all, there are definitely some pros and cons. But what I liked most was how empty the gym was. At the beginning of the session, I was completely alone. Later, one woman joined me. I have nothing against people, but it was pretty cool having the whole space to myself. Thank you!
