I am teaching Chinese children science. I have a question, according to American curriculum of science, is the dead leaf living or non living thing? Are picked flowers considered living or nonliving things? What are things that were once alive classified as? Is wood living or nonliving?
Are there differences between America and Uk about the standards of living or nonliving things? I find according to the British curriculum of science, non living things are once alive or have never been alive. But in Brainpop of America, it says living things are alive or once alive.
I am a little confused. Thank you very much!
