How to pronounce $5.7 and any other amounts of money like that? Is it five point seven dollars or is it five (and) seven dollars, or five dollars seven (cents)? What are the rules? How do you say it in everyday’s English?

Formally we would say "Five dollars and seventy cents", but you will often hear just the two numbers separately, as in "Five seventy": "Your total is five dollars and seventy cents" "Your total is five seventy"

P.S Accidentally I’ve made a mistake and write seven instead of seventy everywhere.

this is based off of this being a typo. It would be Five dollars and 70 cents $5.70 When I write a check I would write out : "Five dollars and 7/100 etc etc. "
