On weekends, I purposely go for a walk aiming to achieve over 10,000 steps!! Because I work from home two to three times a week, and when I do, I do not get even 500 stepsđŸ˜„đŸ˜„ I hope walking on weekends can make up for a luck of physical activities during working days. Since I work from home two to three times a week, my step count barely reaches 500 on those days đŸ˜„. Walking on weekends helps compensate for the lack of physical activity during the workweek.
