It's stormy today, as the forecast predicted the arrival of a typhoon. Despite the bad weather, we made the most of the last beam of sunshine by enjoying a lovely lunch downtown. Right after we stepped back in our home, the rain began pouring down, that was close. It grew so dark that night seemed to fall at two pm, quite literally. Tomorrow, my mom has an early shift and I hope the rain subsides, though it seems unlikely considering this is the monsoon season.
