I read the biography of Disney's CEO, Robert Iger. There are a lot of facts in the
book that I wasn't sure lf. Firstly, I wasn't sure that Disney merged with ABC, Marvel
and Fox. I knew Pixar was originally Steve Jobs' company, but I didn't
expect that the negotiation for the merger was extremely difficult for Disney.
Secondly, Disney apprently wasn't a world wide company when Robert Iger became
the CEO. In Japan, Disney is one of the most famous brands, and people on the street
have Disney goods. Therefore, that fact amazed me. There is a lot of impressive
information in the book. Most especially, it struck a chord regarding some of Iger's
managing method and opinion. I recommend reading it.
