There are different ways to stay fit without going to a gym: *Do physical exercise at home for 15 minutes every day. *Eat healthy food that can be beneficial for your mind and body, for example, no eating too much sugar, reducing extreme salt levels and eating a lot of fruits. *Drink plenty of water to keep your body more hydratated. *Reduce your stress' level and mantain a more positive attitude toward life.
