Different people have different problems about sleeping, but everyone wants to have
a good sleep every day (or night lol) . However, having a good sleep seems like hard to come
ture (Wendy, what is this word?) for almost everyone. Having nightmares all night, taking too long
falling alseep, snoring loudly which disturbs others...... All
these sleep problems are related to people’s lives/daytime life. If you have a lot
of things worrying you, such as making money, supporting your family and your work, your brain
can't be quiet until you bring the problems into your dream.You might be
concerned about your daily life all night long until the clock wakes you up.
Nothing changes! So, if you want to have a good sleep, you need to get rid of
the annoying things before bed. Working hard to make more money, improving
relationships with others,etc.... All of them can help keep you calm and happy before
falling asleep. In your dreams, you definitely have something really exciting to
