I was like u bfor,I used to hate reading but now I love it.

-U have to start reading things u actually understand otherwise u will get sick of it.

- I advise to start reading fanfics first,like if u have a tv show that u like,u can search for fanfics about it, it will be simple enough for you bcoz mostly teenagers write it and they don't use complicated words or phrases like authors do.(you'll like ur watching a tv show just written.)

-search for the meaning and pronunciations of the words u don't know (if u don't u will keep pronoucing the words wrong and trust me u don't want that.)

-upgrade little by little like if u started by reading fanfics and then short stories don't jump right away into novels.

- love the language ( if u don't u can't read books,I can read, speak and write french but I can't read books in french because I'm just not fascinated by it. It bores me out.)

Voila! In no time you'll find yourself reading shakespears ( well, I won't lie it took me almost a year but well it really did help immensly.)

When you taste the real enjoyment of knowing about new feelings, experiences, lifes, arts, sciences, more and more that you've never lived and maybe never gonna live and experience it, you won't give up reading again. because then you'll be learnt the real power of knowledge. And look at the people who've tasted and learnt the power of money. Can they stop trying to earn more? :)

you want to like reading .first we should differentiate between reading to increase your knowledge,to enjoy your time and reading for studying and developing your career.

you can read a simple book for kids for 10 to 15 mins  at the same time every day. you can start by Arabic books . I suggest for you(رجل المستحيل-ما وراء الطبيعة).

if you have a friend like reading ,it will be great.he will share you and can suggest more books in different topics. Also,you should master a fast reading technique.

There was a japanese friend of mine who hated reading like you. I suggested him reading comics in English as I supposed since he is a Japanese, he should've loved reading comics too. Thanks.
