Anki Picture Cards Question!

Hello,

I used this guide to create Anki Cards using pictures. https://fluent-forever.com/gallery/simple-word-flashcards/

Now picture cards actually create 3 different cards: comprehension, production, and spelling cards.

I cannot figure out how to get to the production and spelling cards though! My deck is only quizzing my on comprehension cards! Does anyone know how to fix this??

There are several possibilities. Under deck options, you'll find "new" ( treatment of new cards). See if "bury related cards" is checked. Some people use this feature to avoid seeing multiple cards from the same note on the same day.

Another possibility is that the cards may be ordered with all of one type first. If that's the case, you could manually reorder them or simply set the deck for study in random order.

I have been making Anki cards myself using Gabriel Wyner's method. So maybe I can just share my deck with you and you can use it as the template. Once you imported my Anki deck, you can create your own cards and choose "2. Picture Words". You will see all the word boxes you need :) See if this works.
