I want to know about you, what is your favorite music band/artist/singer?
Well, personally I love symphonic metal (my favorite gender of heavy metal music), so my favorite band is Within Temptation, a duth symphonic rock/metal band.
Why? Because I love the voice of Sharon den Adel (vocalist), and I like the power of the metal, but I like the beauty of classical music: orchestales and chorus, at the same voice of the riffs of the guitar and the bass.
I play all them songs in my keyboard.

my favorite singer of course is Damien Rice,cuz i am keen on the folk music. one of his famous songs is the blowers'daughter,and this song was the theme song of the movie closer!！ what else， do everyone know another folk singer Alexi Murdoch, the song orangesky is a touching. well ,i think it's great!

Hi! I`m new at italki.com. And I like a lot of styles of music: metal, rock, folk, blues, classic and otheres. My favorite singer/band are Nightwish, Within Temtation, Mylen Farmer, Marilyn Manson, Zaz, Whitney Houston, elvis presley and many russian rock-bands.
Try Dave Mustain with Megadeth / Symphony of destruction, Hangar 18, Return to Hangar..../ I think Dave is metal genius.
