My travel experience
Last week I went to Kashan, kashan is a small city near to Tehran. It took 4 hours of driving to reach there. It had great weather, pure blue sky, and a chilly breeze, but the thing that makes Kashan famouse is Golab, and actually I went there to see the production process. Golab is rose flower honeydew. The gardners go to their garden before sunrise and cut the roses (which we call them Gol-e-Mohammadi in Persian), then put all of the flowers in a big steam boiler for hours. After some function they get pure Golab. You can smell this heavenly smell from some kilometers far from the city. People come there from different places to watch this process and buy some Golab. We use Golab in some candy and cooking. I recommend to test [taste?] it.
-Work on capialization. The first word of a sentance, the personal pronoun I, and names of languiages (Persian) are always capitalized.
-We call Golab 'rosewater' in English
