People attend college or university for many different reasons People nowadays attend collegues for many different reasons, they go because it is normal. their mother, father, and siblings went to universities, so it is a logical step for them in their lives. it is a new experience, far away from home, it shapes character, and prepare young people into adulthood. on the other hand for other people, going to university is a challenge. they are the only ones in their families to attend to university, they are eager to learn and are willing to make any sacrifice in order to learn. For some people, going to university is just what they have to do, another prerequisite in life. for others is a life changing opoortunity, they go, learn as much as they can, make contacts, friends, meet new people and this gives them a broader picture of the world. Private university or public university the goal is the same, to take advantage of the situation, universities offer a wealth of choices for students to take, electives make the perfect excuse to meet new people, and why no a future lifetime partner. Going to universities is easy for some people, while it has proven to be very difficult for others, since it is expensive, some people travel to other cities in order to attend universities, this increases the amount of money someone has to pay monthly. accomodation, food, comute, etc. people that do not have enough money, chose to have a part time job, so they study in the day time and work at night or at the weekends. In conclusion some people have the means to go to university is just another step in life for them, while others struggle but have the desire to learn, make friends, and cchange their lifes, these people have to work part time but still enjoy it, for it offers them the life time opportunity they dreamed.
