right away = immediately (past or present) right now = immediately now right then = immediately then I'll do it right now/right away. He did it right then/right away.

They mean the same thing, but are used slightly differently. 'Right away' is a more informal way of saying 'right now', and you would really only use it when being asked to do something. If somebody asked you to do something, you could respond with 'right away' to indicate that you would do it immediately. But, you probably wouldn't want to respond with 'right now' in the same situation; it would sound a bit awkward.

One implies immediate future, the other implies the present. 马上 means "right away". The British English equivalent is "straightaway". 正在 means "right now". I should qualify my last remark by saying that "right now" can mean 马上 according to context. If I ask a subordinate to do something, and the person dallies, I might add an imperative, "Right now!" Otherwise, I might say to someone who asks what I am doing, "Right now I am typing on the computer."
