No matter how hard I try, I can't focus on studying English. I use my phone too often. I'm a serious "textoholic" / addict to text messages.

No matter how much I try, I can't focus on studying English. I tend to use my phone. I'm a serious text addict.

I suggest you put your phone on silent and maybe even locked up in a drawer so that you won't be tempted to use it. Good luck!
