Хороший учитель должен быть ответственный,умный,образованный и понимать своего ученика.мне кажется вот эти качества важнее.

A good teacher knows how to style flex. Unlike the past, when we were all taught the same way, different methods can be used. Some learners need more time, remember things with more or less ease, do better with structure or need flexibility to be motivated. Understanding the student’s needs and style of learning optimizes the experience. A good teacher goes beyond teaching fundamentals, they see the student and adjust to the method that works best.

İyi bir öğretmen öğrencilerine uygun bir seviyede konuşup, sabırlı bir şekilde dinler.

ان يتتبع الاسليب الجديده والتقنيات الجديدة حتي يقدر الطالب علي الحل فى الامتحانات وان التعليم في المدارس لا يقوم علي ذلك بل يعلمو الطلاب باسوء التقنيات الغير حديثة
