I am an American, TEFL-certified, and have been teaching English since retiring in 2019. Prior to this, I was a corporate and tax attorney and a law professor at a University. I love to travel, meet new people, and learn about other cultures. My interests are many and I'm sure we can find something we both like to talk about!عني كمعلّم
I am an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who cares about each of my students. I believe that learning doesn’t have to be boring to be effective, even when teaching adults. I look for creative ways to make learning fun and interesting and keep my students engaged. I like to build relationships with my students in order to make them feel valued and important. Getting to know my students also allows me to adapt lesson plans to center around things they are interested in, which leads to better attention and understanding.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I like using conversations as a teaching tool. I often send my students a video to watch or something to read ahead of our lesson on a topic that I believe will be of interest. However, I am flexible and adapt my teaching methods to best meet the needs of my students.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Thank you Lisa. Today's lesson was difficult for me I actually don't know how to use grammar tense at all, but I really enjoyed the class I like how you taught me to understand different tenses—feeling my brain is level up!!! :)
