Hi! So nice to meet you 😊 I'm Luc, and I'm 27 years old. I was born in Toulouse, France but moved to Spain when I was 4. So, 20 years later, here I am, still living in this beautiful country and slowly becoming a digital nomad ✈️
My dream is to travel the world while helping my students reach their goals in both French and Spanish 🇫🇷🇪🇸
I love teaching, but I'm also passionate about filmmaking and content creation (that's what I do in my free time). In fact, I'm currently building a YouTube channel for French learners. 🫢 Hope I can share that with you soon 😉عني كمعلّم
When I started giving private French and English classes I realized really quickly that the textbook method is outdated, and that it's much more enjoyable to learn in a relaxed way, rather than through more and more exercises. My goal is for language learning to be as fun as watching a Netflix show 📺

I strongly believe that although learning apps are a good way to start, they are not enough to improve your French 🤷🏻♂️
What do you need for the classes? Motivation. It's my only requirement. The key is to speak and make mistakes. It's the best way to learn and improve your conversational skills 💪🏻
That's why my classes are 100% in French 🇫🇷 Of course, I will help you with all the vocabulary you don't know and give you the tools you need to get you speaking straight away. I will correct your mistakes and your grammar when needed, keeping it as easy to understand as it can be, but also enjoyable.

I did a series of conversations with Luc to get motivated to restart my French learning. He is always polite and offers just enough suggestions/corrections to improve my conversational skills and spur my memory of vocabulary and grammar without impeding my momentum during the conversation. ie) he knows how to ignore a bunch of my mistakes but correct the bigger ones. Luc was very patient with me as it was my first class and I feel as if I got to speak and listen just as much as I wanted. His care and willingness to help me speak better was much appreciated and I would definitely take his lesson again!

Luc has a knack for making one feel comfortable. He quickly found subjects for discussion that we both seemed to enjoy. He was quite willing to find out how we could communicate in spite of difficulties I was having, without resorting to English. We laughed. Laughter makes all the difference.
