My name is Marilena, originally from beautiful Salzburg, Austria. After spending two years abroad in Perugia, Italy, I returned to Salzburg and worked for a year as a financial instructor at a bank. Now, starting in September of 2024, I'm excited to pursue my studies in Psychology.
In my free time, I delve into art history, explore diverse cultures, and immerse myself in music. I'm passionate about traveling, meeting new people, indulging in literature, writing poetry, and cherishing moments with friends and family.عني كمعلّم

Learning a new language can be challenging, especially at the beginning when you might feel uncertain. We'll engage in conversations on a wide range of topics to enhance your fluency and confidence in speaking. I encourage you to bring your interests and topics you'd like to discuss to our sessions. Whether it's daily life, travel, culture, or any other subject, our conversations will help you build practical language skills and expand your vocabulary. Feel free to share your preferences and areas you'd like to focus on during our lessons. My lessons with Marilena have been really nice, she keeps the conversation flowing but is also super patient when I need some extra time to think about what I want to say. I really appreciate that she corrects me whenever I make a mistake too. Would recommend :)

This was my first time and Marilena was very honest with me about my level of Deutsch. I’m glad she told me what I needed to do and I needed that because I was lost in the learning process. I didn’t know other ways. I’m glad she gave me some advice and hopefully I can engage with her in a conversational German level!

I was super lucky to find such a great teacher as Marilene. What I find especially nice is her patience and how she can simplify the tricky parts of German. She is helping me a lot to improve my speaking. I totally recommend her to anyone wanting to get into German in a very chilled atmosphere. Vielen Danke , Marilene !
