Teacher Suzana

Suzana is doing a great job with my 6 yr old - he's really enjoying his lessons! She customizes his lesson for his interests & abilities and has a really interactive lesson. My son loves his Italian classes!

This teacher is awesome. She is fun, engaging and wonderful with children. She is always on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I can recommend her enough.

Сюзанна-замечательный учитель -методист. На каждом уроке она использует множество педагогических методов и приемов. Для каждого ученика создает "ситуацию успеха " на уроке. Я спокойно говорю по -английски на ее уроках, хотя обычно это для меня проблема. Большую роль играет ее обаяние как учителя. Сюзанна- прекрасно знает русский язык , у нее высокий уровень владения языком. И это большая поддержка в освоении иностранного языка для ученика.

I booked a trial lesson with clear goals: to improve speaking and listening, as I’m already studying grammar in a language school. I communicated this before the lesson. The tutor asked me about my goals at the beginning — but unfortunately, it felt like it was just for formality. Despite advertising a conversation-focused course for A2–C2 levels, she immediately announced we’d be reading a book — something I had clearly said I didn’t need. No real effort was made to adapt the class to what I asked for. When I politely explained my disappointment, she blamed my “low level,” even though I meet her listed requirements (A2). She then refused a refund and blocked me, leaving no way to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a disappointing and impersonal experience. If you’re looking for a teacher who really listens, respects your learning goals, and offers flexible, conversation-based classes — I would look elsewhere.
