I am a 24-year-old, Filipina. I live in the Philippines, specifically in Mindanao. I speak Bisaya and Tagalog fluently. I like to sing, eat, and listen to music. Make friends and teach are things I love to do. That means that here in Italki, I'm doing what I love.عني كمعلّم
As a teacher, I will not pressure you, learning is a process, and it cannot be done in just a blink of an eye. So, we will take everything slowly but surely. Also, I am open for your suggestion about what topic do you want to learn and how do you want the lesson to be discussed (with or without materials such as image, flashcards, presentations, and etc.)
I will be focusing on how you like to learn, what methods suit you and which materials fit your learning needs best. We will spend our time on the aspects of the language that you want to improve on, and we will do it in a way that suits you.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are all about learning Cebuano/Bisaya and Tagalog/Filipino language.
I can teach the following:
*Tagalog Vocabulary (Basic Words/Greetings/Counting)
*Tagalog Words, Phrases and Slangs (used on a daily basis)
*Conversational Tagalog (free talk)
*Parts of Speech (Tagalog)
*Conversational Bisaya (for Beginners up to fluent)
and more. (You can message for the specific topic/s that you want to learn.)
Our class will be relaxed and fun. We will use plenty of examples to help you with the language learning. We will use examples from travel, family, work, relationships, whichever areas of life that you find useful.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Highly recommend Via for Tagalog lessons!! each session teacher is very positive and patient and adapts to students' needs. I know Via can keep me accountable and motivated to learn tagalog. I went from beginner phrases to sentence building in a couple of weeks and am excited to see where I'm at going forward. 🇵🇭🛩

Via is a very fun and effective teacher! She's great with having me speak as I learn, and having me use new words in several different easy ways immediately. She is super nice and full of energy. She even made "dark mode" learning materials for me upon request, which I'm so grateful for!
