Hi! I’m Kane, a nurse by profession and a Tagalog tutor with years of teaching experience since the pandemic. My background in healthcare has taught me patience and care, qualities that I bring into my teaching. I have a passion for nature, simple arts, fitness, and exploring different cultures, which often inspire the way I approach life and learning. As someone who values meaningful connections, I enjoy helping others grow, whether through language or shared interests. As a teacher, I bring kindness, passion, and a strong sense of organization to my virtual classroom. My students often say they appreciate how prepared I am for each lesson, which helps create a clear and enjoyable learning experience. I am approachable and always respect my students' requests, making it easy for them to share their thoughts. I provide helpful feedback to support their improvement and create personalized plans to meet their unique needs. Fantastic teacher for my 4-year old son. Spoke in full Tagalog in simple language and got him speaking. Exactly the immersive type of lesson I’ve been looking for. All other teachers we tried spoke far too much English. She has really fun interactive sessions tailored to my son’s interests. Perfect teacher for us!
