One of the most crucial aspects of my work as a teacher and tutor is my relationships with my students, parents, coworkers, and community members. I ensure that I provide a secure, caring, and encouraging learning environment in the classroom. I get to know each student's name, accurate pronunciation, spelling, culture, and background to make them feel at ease.
