Hi everybody ;) My name's Elisa. I have more than 10 years of experience in teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers. I'm TESOL/TEFL certified. Teaching has been my passion since I was 15. I've been tutoring teenagers, college students and adults. I'm graduated in Economics. I studied foreign languages in high school. My English level is proficient. I can also speak Spanish and a little bit of German. I stayed in the US as an au pair and while I was there, I attended classes at Hobart University and some classes at the Finger Lakes Community Collage, too. Teaching is the best way I know to help people achiving their goals. That's way I hope to meet you soon :)

I'm a very easy-going person. I'm professional and I love to put my students at ease. Each lesson will be structured based on your level, your skills and what your goals are. I'll provide you the material (PDFs, images, texts, exercises, PPTs etc). We could discuss about what you want to achive, what your goals are and, based on that, I'll customize the lesson for you. My advice is to book a trial class, so we can talk about how to schedule your English journey in the best way ever. Helping you is my priority.

Every lesson is based and structured on what your goals are, your level and your skills. I'm here to support, encourage and help you leveling up your skills, day by day. Helping you is my mission.
I usually provide all the material you need after the class. We'll go through some grammar rules and exercises to practise it. We can have conversation on a specific topic in order to improve your vocabulary knowledge, or we can just wing it! I can also give you home assignments in order to practise what we studied during the class. Those are crucial if you like to stay focused and improve even more. San Diego Voice and Accent - SDVA - 2023I studied American pronunciation, the IPA, how voice resonate in our mouth and how it is produced. My teacher was Julie Cunninghan founder of the San Diego Voice and Accent accademy. It's an online course in which you can level up your pronunciation skills.

البكالوريوس - FOREIGN LANGUAGESI studied foreign languages in Verona for a whole year after have been in the USA as an au pair for six months. I studied both Spanish and English.

I’m starting to learn Italian from scratch and have had two lessons so far. Elisa is very well-prepared for each lesson and has a clear structure of what we will learn. She is patient with me, explains everything very clearly, and provides immediate feedback. After each lesson, she always sends me the materials we covered and assigns homework for me to complete during the week. She is also very strong in communication outside of our lessons—I receive feedback on everything I do, which is extremely important and very motivating. Grazie Elisa!
