Hey there! My name's Eleni and I'm from Greece, from Kastoria. Not the usual tourist spots like Santorini or Mykonos, but a little town up north surrounded by nature's beauty - mountains, lakes and all.
Since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to be a teacher, and that's why I went on to study Education for my Bachelor's and Greek Linguistics for my Master's. I've also attended a seminar on teaching Greek as a second or foreign language, further enhancing my expertise in this field.
I love learning new languages and, in my free time, I love to cook, take walks in nature with a coffee in hand, and put my language skills to the test. Apart from English, I speak Portuguese and some Spanish.عني كمعلّم
My passion for languages fuels my teaching! I hold a degree in Primary Education and a specialized Master's in Linguistics for Teachers. This foundation is solidified by over five years of experience teaching Greek as a Foreign Language to all ages.
I ignited my passion for accessibility while volunteering in Romania, teaching children from disadvantaged communities. Further experience came from internships in a Portuguese High School and Greek primary schools.
My lessons are immersive, focusing on real-world conversation and engaging texts, ensuring you learn practical Greek, not just grammar drills. Let's unlock the beauty of Greek together!دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are designed to immerse you in Greek and get you speaking confidently. We'll focus on real-life conversations and dialogues, making the language practical and relevant.
Vocabulary will be built organically through engaging texts, ditching the long, forgettable lists. Grammar is essential, of course, but we'll keep it clear and concise, focusing on practical application, not memorization.

Absolutely love my lessons with Eleni! She’s incredibly patient and makes learning fun, which really helps because Greek isn’t an easy language. Plus, she’s just genuinely lovely, so it feels more like hanging out than a class. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to learn the Greek language!

My son had his first lesson with Eleni, and we will definitely be booking more lessons. He was very apprehensive before the lesson and generally shy. By the end of the lesson he was much more comfortable and is now happy to continue learning. Eleni was calm and patient and had a positive and friendly manner.
