I am a TEFL certified teacher with years of experience teaching English online and in person. **I only teach adult students at the moment.** In my lessons we will focus on your speaking, building your fluency and confidence. I always suggest new vocabulary and phrases and will help you practice them so they are part of your spoken English. I am also very happy to adapt to your needs- if there is something specific you are working on! So let me know if you have any requests! I've helped prepare students for job interviews, living abroad and academic study. I use conversation topics and questions so we never run out of things to discuss! I am a supportive, patient and friendly teacher. I create a fun and relaxed atmosphere in class, so you aren't afraid to make mistakes and can feel more comfortable speaking. I adapt classes to suit the individual student needs and to encourage you to succeed! I will provide help with pronunciation, grammar and communication skills. In my lessons, we can take various approaches to your learning. I am very passionate about building confidence with my students and I focus on practical language use. I have experience teaching conversational English and Business English. We can use articles, conversation topics and other materials if it's necessary to improve specific grammar, skills or vocabulary. Fiona is such a good teacher! Thank you so much for your lessons. She can answer all of my questions regarding insecurities about what I can or can't say in English. Moreover she is very attentive and corrects mistakes. She also comes up with better alternatives for words and provides excellent material. Thank you!
