My name is Seher, and I live in Istanbul. I graduated with honors in International Relations from a university in Turkey. During my studies, I made many friends from different countries, which gave me the opportunity to teach them Turkish. This was a very meaningful experience for me as I was able to provide valuable assistance to my foreign friends in a humanistic way. I helped them gain the confidence to speak Turkish comfortably. I enjoy spending time with people and learning new languages. As part of the Erasmus program, I spent four months in Poland, during which I traveled to eight different countries. I love meeting new people and having conversations.عني كمعلّم
As a Turkish language teacher, I have had the privilege of helping many students develop their language skills. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on building confidence and communication skills. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves in Turkish. I have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, and I adapt my lessons to meet their individual needs and learning styles. In my Turkish language lessons, I emphasize practical communication skills and cultural understanding. My classes are designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating a variety of teaching methods such as role-playing, discussions, and multimedia resources. I believe in the importance of a strong foundation in grammar, but I also prioritize speaking and listening skills to help students use Turkish confidently in real-life situations. My teaching style is flexible, allowing me to adapt to the unique learning needs of each student. Seher is an outstanding teacher of Turkish language. She has great knowledge and above all her teaching techniques are very effective. She employs technology skillfully to deliver her lessons and illustrate any point that merits explanation. She is very professional and patient. I highly recommend her to anyone who intends to learn Turkish language. She takes you from zero to hero!
