Bonjour! My name is Yvan, and I’m a native French speaker from Paris with over 17 years of experience teaching French as a second language. With a background in linguistics and a specialization in French language instruction, I have taught in classrooms across France, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Teaching is my passion, and I’m excited to bring my expertise to online tutoring. As a certified examiner for DELF, DALF, TCF, and TEF exams, I have the knowledge and resources to help students succeed in French language certifications. While I’m new to online tutoring, my years of classroom experience have taught me the importance of creating engaging, structured, and student-focused lessons. Thanks to Yvan, I aced my speaking exam ! His conversation classes helped me speak naturally and confidently, and I was able to use many native expressions that made me sound like a real Parisian.
