Hi! I'm Georgia and I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia but I'm currently living in Scotland. I have been teaching English for almost a decade and academic English for over half of that time. I love supporting my students in reaching their English and academic goals.
I love teaching both general English as well as Academic English. Being able to help students reach their goals, whether that be a language level goal, a travel desire, or academic success, is incredibly satisfying for me. I hope you let me use my wealth of skills to help you reach your goals too.عني كمعلّم
I've worked as a language teacher since 2015. I've taught in Australia, Cambodia, Spain, England and Scotland, as well as online to students all over the world. However, teaching hasn't been my only career and I also once worked as an engineer.
All these experiences have led me to where I am now - working in a university in Scotland where I teach STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students. I help students develop their English communication skills so that they can better understand the language requirements of their chosen discipline.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
A lesson with me will always have a specific goal and you will always know why you’re doing a certain task. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, wanting to prepare for university, applying for a new job or wanting to go travelling, we’ll make sure we establish what you need (even if you don’t know yet!) so that you finish every lesson feeling like you’re one step closer to getting where you want to go.
