Hi, my name is Luana, I am Brazilian and a native Portuguese speaker, I am a student on the undergraduate course in English and Portuguese, I have 5 years of experience as an online language tutor mainly for beginners, I love books, music, traveling and learning new languages, besides, I love learning about new cultures and people and their life experiences, I also like sharing about my culture and my experiences. My mission as a teacher is to teach with patience and love, I don't just teach for the sake of teaching, but I want to make my student awaken more interest in Portuguese or English, making them want to learn more and more, for me, It is important that the student feels relaxed and comfortable during classes. I really enjoyed my lesson with Luana today. She was very kind and patient. The topics of conversation varied and the conversation flowed. I had lots of fun and the thirty minute lesson seemed to fly by.

Luana was very patient. I didn't received the teaching materials we were looking at though. She said she'd email them to me.

Luana is kind and patient, however for our first lesson she was all over the place. First she messaged asking quite last minute to change the time, then asked last minute to switch to google hangouts, then had problems with google sheets, it just all around distracted from the lessons. If you can't meet at a time, nor use a certain tool, why even list it as an option on your profile?
