I'm not just a Spanish instructor: I'm your coach. I'm a certified Official DELE Examiner by the Cervantes Institute, with a history of teaching at prestigious institutions such as the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico City and Louisiana State University.
My approach to teaching Spanish goes beyond the traditional, blending comprehensive language instruction with a deep appreciation for the cultures that speak it.

have had a number of lessons with Gisela, and intend to have more. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. The lessons move at a good pace and the subject is always interesting. She corrects my mistakes in a kind, supportive manner and carefully explains how to improve what I am saying. If you want your Spanish to progress, I can truly recommend her.
