I had a lovely trial lesson with Aoi-sensei. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was very patient with me and the conversation flowed nicely. She corrected my mistakes and helped me with vocabulary and grammar in a way that encouraged the conversation so I came away from the lesson feeling more confident in my speaking. We covered goals for future lessons and she spoke at a speed and vocabulary level that was easy for me to understand without feeling patronising. She provided me with a list of vocabulary and grammar points at the end of the lesson so that I can practice my mistakes. I'm really looking forward to my next lesson with Aoi-sensei!

今日もありがとうございます。If you are looking for a Japanese language teacher, I highly recommend Aoi-san! I've been doing weekly lessons with her for three and a half months now and my Japanese has progressed so much. She is very patient, kind and funny. She sends me a list of vocabulary we talked about in the lesson as well as any mistakes that I made with the corrections so that I can learn from them. She is easily able to keep the conversation flowing and engaging. I look forward to speaking with her every single week. I recently bumped up the amount of lesson time because the time flies by so quickly! Thank you again Aoi-san! ❤❤

I had an excellent first conversation with Aoi sensei. We touched upon various interesting subjects that I don't usually converse about and she is a very attentive and natural teacher! The most notable thing she did during our lesson was write down all the mistakes I made in my speaking and send the notes after the lesson. No other teacher has done that before and I thought that was super awesome and helpful =)
