Now I am a primary teacher in English teaching, I've got the National Junior high school teacher qulification certificate .I teach the students from age 8-11.Before that, I had been a Chinese tutor in my college for the Chinese students in nearly one year! Great lesson with Carmen! Carmen gave me a lot of example sentences, and explained the new vocabulary to me. She also slowed down and helped me when I got stuck on pronunciation. At the end of class, she had me say the example sentences - which was very helpful!

Great lesson with Carmen! Carmen explained about the Lunar New Year, and gave me some new vocabulary. She showed me about the tones and pronunciation, which was very helpful. It was fun and Carmen is enthusiastic!

Great lesson with Carmen! Carmen talked about a lot of topics and used the chat to show the characters. She had me use the words I know to reply to her questions.

Great first lesson with Carmen! Carmen explained how people use Cantonese in daily life and we talked about the challenges facing learners. Carmen explained that knowing Mandarin will make it easier, and that it wasn't necessary to learn traditional characters. It was an interesting lesson!
