🌹 Hello! Thank you very much for visiting my profile! My name is Maria Fernanda, but you can call me "Mafe" I am Colombian, and I love teaching. Also, I love to cook, exercise and read. I strive to be fun, but also express myself clearly and respectfully. I am a very dedicated and passionate person, and that's why I work very hard in everything I do. As your teacher, my main goal is to make you feel comfortable and happy in my classes. I want the time you spend practicing with me to be fun, enjoyable, and enjoyable to the fullest. I am very interested in knowing your goals and objectives to adapt my teaching to your own style and path. I will be very patient with you, I will correct you with respect. My classes and method are based on: Adaptability, flexibility and consistency. In my years at Italki I have learned that it is very important to treat each student in a special way because each learning process is UNIQUE. For this reason, I want to adapt to your needs and discover with you which is the best path to follow to learn continuously and efficiently. We can have grammar classes and conversations, the latter are my favourites, because they help you deal with Spanish in real life. Your opinion and preferences are the most important thing to me, by knowing them we can draw up a plan so that your command of Spanish is a reality. It's a great day when I wake up and remember, "I have a class with Mafe today!" First of all she dresses so well. This may seem like a funny way to start a review but you can really tell by this and how attentive she is that she takes you as a learner seriously. She even keeps a notebook with her so that she can take notes throughout the lesson! Think she's doodling? Think again. She'll pull from these notes in later lessons. She'll remind you about something important from three lessons ago. She will ask you relevant questions and genuinely be curious to hear the answer. She remembers who you are. She is there with you 100%. Not just over the course of your one lesson but over the course of your whole Spanish-learning journey with her! The cherry on top of all is her upbeat personality! She's always fun, engaging and cheerful! Say yes to Mafe!

Mafe is like a ray of sunshine. She's always humble, always helpful, and never someone that I get tired of. Thanks for everything that you do. I never could have imagined the journey that I'd have with you when I booked that first lesson.

Siempre me encanta tener conversaciones con Mafe. Ella siempre aporta mucha energía y buenas vibras a nuestras lecciones. Disfruto muchísimo nuestras conversaciones y siempre espero con ganas la próxima clase. Me ayuda a sentirme más cómoda hablando español, algo que a menudo es un reto para mí. La recomiendo muchísimo.
