I graduated from Università Statale di Milano in 2013 in "Foreign Languages and Literatures". After university, I obtained a 1st Level Master in "Promoting and Teaching of Italian Language and Culture to Foreigners". In 2013 I was an intern at the Italian department of Kennesaw State University, USA. My Master’s final project was published as an article in an specialized Italian LS/L2 magazine. After my Master, I had many teaching experiences, also with Individuals with learning disabilities, both in Italy and in the USA. I worked in Pennsylvania as a Teaching Assistant for the elementary, intermediate and advanced Italian language and culture classes at Bucknell University, Lewisburg.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I always focus on the needs and level my students are at before the lessons. The most important thing for me is that you enjoy our lessons. Learning has to be a positive process, without anxiety, fear, boredom. I am a professional but very relaxed person: we can have a conversation or I can plan a more structured lesson about grammar or Italian culture, with PowerPoints and other types of files, if you need them. As I lived abroad, I have a lot of experience talking to Italian Language Learners so don't be afraid to talk during our lesson.

Valeria's lessons are amazing. There's nothing "packaged" about them. She creates lessons that are just right for me. Also, we discuss films and books. This week we even used an italian song to enhance our lesson. I am so lucky to be working with her!
