¡Hola! I’m Miguel Bear. I have a degree in environmental engineering and I work as A FULL-TIME Spanish teacher because I really LOVE talking and meeting new people. I traveled and worked in Chicago, IL and in Houston, TX.
I love my job and for this reason I know that I CAN help you to learn Spanish EASILY

I have taught English privately for approximately two years here in Mexico and Spanish online for one year. I SPECIALIZED in the design and elaboration of DIDACTIC MATERIAL for courses to be able to generate different curriculums according to the NEED OF EACH student, always with a focus on CONVERSATION and listening comprehension.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I work with an approach based on ORAL and LISTENING comprehension. Every class begins with a series of questions, ENCOURAGING the student to SPEAK as much as possible. For specific topics that cause a bit more confusion (For vs. To be, Past vs. Imperfect, Subjunctive vs. Indicative) we work with many examples to get a DEEPER understanding of the different use of these topics.
Mainly we´ll use GOOGLE DOCS to create homework and exercises with PODCASTS and MULTIPLE CHOICE TESTS. I also work with: GOGLE FORMS, PDFS, and ARTICLES.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Miguel is an excellent teacher who is both very engaged with conversation and willing to pause to discuss things I need to work on. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to practice their conversation skills.

Miguel is a fantastic Spanish teacher. His lessons are structured, engaging, and fun! I've noticed a big improvement in my confidence in speak and understanding since starting classes with Miguel. I plan on taking many more!

Miguel is a great teacher! I did 11 lessons with him to help improve my Spanish to fix some repetitive errors I had and to learn some new things such as conditional tenses and future tenses. I feel that after 11 classes of 1.5 hours my Spanish has become more fluid with less errors and more knowledge of different tense. Highly recommend Miguel to anyone the classes are fun and challenging with lots of ways he helps you improve! Thanks Miguel!

My son had been playing on Duolingo for a while but wasn't really able to pick up much other than vocabulary so I hoped to find someone who could work well with pre-teens on italki. We took 3 trial lessons with other teachers and my son liked Miguel the best. So here is a review from my 12yr old: Miguel is fun, he is easy to understand, and he makes lessons interesting. We play games, listen to songs, and I like the classes.
