Vivo sullo splendido lago di Garda, in un pittoresco paesino Italiano.
Ho una diploma in lingue straniere e sono ingegnere nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, viaggio spesso per lavoro in posti esotici ma adoro il posto in cui vivo.
Sono molto paziente nell'insegnamento ma anche molto metodica.

I am very patient, easy going and straight forward- my accent is neutral.
I am very keen to teach, I am patient but meticulous and methodical.

I like to take notes while we speak: at the end of the lesson you will receive a report with your corrections, for you to be able to check your own mistakes and improve :)

Okay Desiree! 10/10! I’ve had a few lessons where I came prepared, books, notebooks, flash cards, coffee and didn’t finish the lesson with confidence. Where as with Desiree, I accidentally just woke up and had nothing prepared but she taught me so much and it really stuck. She is so patient with you and had a lot of resources I could use that I didn’t think to use.

I absolutely loved my class with Desiree. The hour flew by. I really like her style of not correcting every mistake as they happen but instead taking notes for you as you are speaking. It helped keep the conversation going and she sent the document with the corrections as a follow up! Desiree is very friendly and super easy to talk to. Highly recommend booking a session with her.

Desiree is wonderful! She is an interesting person, very easy going and organized. She is interested and knowledgeable in many topics. I love that she prepares a document for me with all the corrections. I highly recommend her as an Italian teacher!

This was just a meet-and-greet so we didn’t discuss plans and goals, but I really enjoyed the conversation. The teacher is very easy going, interesting and friendly. I will book with her again.

That was AWESOME! I wanted to dive straight into conversation to see where I was at after doing some self-studying. And Desiree really challenged me but also affirmed how much my studying has been paying off. I was not nervous at all. I understood 95% of what was going on, and I’m just ecstatic to dive headfirst into real conversation. Thank you Desiree for the encouragement and I’ll see you again soon!
