I love to learn languages and understand how they work. I'm currently learning Spanish and it's interesting to me how there are many similarities to the English language. I was a social worker (s.w.) for 7 years so I enjoy working with many types of people and cultures. My experience as a s.w. assisted me in helping others gain confidence in learning a language.عني كمعلّم
I'm patient, encouraging and have a good sense of humor. I will motivate you to learn but also want you to put in some work, and if the student wants, I will give homework as learning a language requires extra practice in addition to just lessons :)
In Spain, I have taught ages 3 years old-adults, in private and public settings as well as an in a language academy doing test preparation.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
It varies based on the student and their goals but classes are never boring! I like to discuss goals in the first class. I will review vocabulary and concepts from prior classes to ensure comprehension.

TEFL TP(TEFL through Theatre and Play) - ACLE (https://www.acle.it/) - 2017I completed an intensive 1 week course to teach English to children in Italy, ages 6-13 in a summer camp. Using a curriculum designed for theatre and play we had a variety of games, activities and language exercises which were ultimately used in a final performance.

I love the way Emily works: very professional and motivating! She is my the best teacher ever! If you would like to speak English more confident I would highly recommed lessons with Emily. We have lots of fun and interesting topics during (about 25!) lessons. She is always well prepared and focused to give me the most valuable tips. I've made huge progress with Emily! 🙂

I still remember Emily's words in our first classes: "no stress here"! Emily is a super positive and smiling person, you feel like you've known her for a long time, it helps a lot in breaking the language barrier. I'm looking forward for our next classes! :)
