Hello everyone. I'm Tom from Japan. I'm a Japanese native speaker I look forward to meeting new students and speaking Japanese together in a relaxed way.

My interests :
Studying Japanese history, literature, visiting shrines and temples (collecting stamps in Goshuincho), running, travel, playing guitar (flamenco guitar!), learning English, etc.
The key to progress in online lessons once or twice a week is preparation and review. Pleas practice what you have prepared during lessons and check what you were able to do and what you were not able to do.عني كمعلّم
I have taught students from different countries for more than 3,500 lessons on italki as well as one-on-one lessons for business persons working in Japan.
Prior to my teaching career, I have more than 15 year working experience in IT and educational institutions, so I can teach Business Japanese with you.
My interest in Japanese culture was strengthened again while teaching Japanese. I enjoy reading, talking about Japanese and English literature, and watching Japanese animes as well.

I may be a little strict for improvement. If you want me to point out areas for improvement, this is the place for you. I am a coach who wants to help students improve their Japanese. I will point out grammatical errors and pronunciation as necessary.

I just finished my trial lesson with Tom Sensei. He clearly outlined learning goals and expectations based on my reason for learning the language. He is also very well prepared with resources that he has made such as quizlets and practice exams to further solidfy the topics covered in the Tobira textbook. I highly recommend!
