My name is Kohei. I’m a professional Japanese teacher from Japan and I’m currently living in Sydney, Australia. I have been teaching Japanese since 2017. I love teaching and helping people. I am looking forward to helping you to learn Japanese!!
I can speak Thai language at an intermediate level because I lived in Thailand for 2 years. I love Thai food so much!!
In my free time, I love watching a movie, watching sports games, playing guitar, and learning Thai language.عني كمعلّم

This was my first lesson on iTalki, and my first time speaking Japanese, so I was a little bit nervous going in. Kohei was fantastic, the lesson was extremely smooth and comfortable throughout. I will definitely be doing more lessons.

This was my first lesson on italki, so I didn't know what to expect. Kohei sensei tailored the lesson to my needs and ability and was easy to communicate with. It was a fun experience, and I look forward to future lessons with him.

I came into this a little nervous as I’ve never tried to speak another language. Kohei was friendly and I was able to practice my greetings right away. I left feeling energized and motivated to continue learning.
Kohie’s english is very good which was important for me as a beginner to ask questions. He uses the Genki book which I know is a good standard but also has his own material. I’m most excited for the speaking and listening practice towards the end of our sessions.

After an extended break Sensei Kohei was able to adapt and give a good review lesson to help get me back up to speed.
