Hi, my name is Thushari and I am an English teacher from London in the U.K. Do you want to improve your English communication skills; your pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar so that you become confident to speak naturally in English? Would you like to get that dream job, attend school in another country or travel? I can help you to achieve your goals when you learn English with me. I am a friendly and patient, native English speaker. I was born, raised and educated to degree level in London. My background is in business management and teaching. I love gardening, yoga, meditation, cooking and meeting new people. I have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia.

عني كمعلّم

I am certified to teach English as a foreign language (TEFL) and to teach IELTS prep. I have four years experience as an English tutor both in the classroom and online, assisting students, business professionals and young children in improving their English language skills. I love teaching English to young learners and adults online, to help my students to communicate effectively in English and to achieve excellent results in Cambridge Exams from Levels Pre A1 Starters to IELTS/CAE. I have taught English to young learners and adults in schools in Indonesia and Sri-Lanka, and online since the onset of the pandemic.

During our first lesson, we can discuss your English language goals and I will tailor your future lessons to your needs, based on your current ability, and your English Language target. My conversational English lessons are relaxed but structured focusing on fluency, vocabulary and pronunciation to help you to speak confidently and naturally. I am experienced in teaching young learners and adults to develop their English language ability and skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening? My lessons are enjoyable, interactive, and activity based. They are full of motivating topics and tasks that make learning enjoyable, effective and rewarding. You will work hard whilst having fun.
