-We will determine the lesson content through counseling.
リクエストを教(おし)えて下(くだ)さい。
-Please let me know what kind of lesson you want to take.
リスケジュールは、24時間(じかん)以上(いじょう)前(まえ)に連絡(れんらく)をください。
-If you would like to reschedule the lesson, please contact me over 24 hrs before.
24時間(じかん)以内(いない)のキャンセルは50%、無断(むだん)でレッスンをキャンセルした/15分以上(いじょう)現(あらわ)れない場合(ばあい)、レッスンフィーを100%請求(せいきゅう)します。
-If you cancel the lesson with in 24 hrs before 50%, without permission/no show more than 15mins, you will be charged 100%.
システムの都合上(つごうじょう)、パッケージの場合(ばあい)返金(へんきん)はできません。

Thank you so much Sayumi-san! Sayumi-san helped me order something from a Japanese website. I needed to write quite a few specifics in the comments in order to get the order correct. She was patient throughout the whole process.

We talked about what you can do in Yokohama and found a cool little museum to visit. Sayumi-san helped me find out how long it took to move from location to location and the approximate amount of time spent at each location. Thank you!

Thanks again for today's lesson, Sayumi sensei. It was tough this time, but that only motivated me to study more. A friendly reminder that even though I'm improving, I should still practice what I've learned. Sayumi-san helped me find out how to order a custom hanko through a website that is Japanese only. We discussed what would be written on it and the size of the hanko. She also helped me decide how to travel from Narita to Tokyo! Thank you for all the help!
