*MORE than a teacher
My name is Timor Sharabi, but you can call me Tim. I live in Tel Aviv, Israel, I like to ride a bike, go to the beach, play the guitar and sing. I really like to work out, whether it's boxing or the gym, or even running on the beach!
The first time I discovered that I like teaching people was when I flew to Brazil and fell in love with the place! I learned the Portuguese language. I developed a study method for myself that helped me a lot and that's how I was able to teach other people Hebrew! I mean.. after I learned to speak Portuguese I taught Hebrew in the Portuguese language. I really liked it and when I returned to Israel I continued to teach the Brazilians Hebrew.عني كمعلّم

I strongly believe in the method of learning through interaction with people, I'm sure you will be surprised to find out that almost any person who speaks the language you want to learn, can be your teacher, and you can always learn the language you want to learn through your interactions with the people. Timor is an extraordinary Hebrew language teacher and a master at his craft in helping students hone their speaking ability, especially those hoping to preserve the quite perishable skill. Although my goal is just maintenance, Timor never ceases to challenge me to continue improving. I’ll remark it’s also not limited to speaking but also developing the listening and reading modalities. I can't help but also mention that he deftly employs an impeccable pedagogical strategy in linguistic triggers and word assimilation. Further, I truly enjoy our discussion on life and its anecdotes, on psychology, on belief/faith, on philosophy, on science, on science and technology, and so much more. It's insane that we're able to cover so much in such a short amount of time. He combines his casual personality with a jocular demeanor, which makes for a very smooth learning process. Additionally, he's a very flexible individual and always ensures to communicate. All around a very chill and cool guy.
