The teacher is the best Korean teacher I have ever met in Italki and she is such a responsible teacher and explains the grammatical points very clearly. I will consider her as my long-term teacher.

안쌤 is an excellent teacher, both caring and professionally skilled. Since I wanted to focus on speaking skill, the majority of our sessions were conversation-based. 안쌤 had a constructive approach for our lessons, asking challenging questions and providing thorough notes to review post-lesson. Most of all, she is extremely encouraging it is clear that she cares about her students' success.

I took four lessons so far, and I really like that the teaching style is so well-structured and well-prepared. She quickly developed a sense for gaps in my knowledge and provides textbook files and PDFs with comprehensive explanations. She is quick to realize when I feel comfortable already using a new grammar pattern and can proceed. When I feel like I need some more practice, she often realizes herself and immediately gives further explanations and exercises. A great plus is that she provides grammar explanations in both Korean and English. During the class, she adds handwritten notes in a textbook file while screen-sharing on Skype and adds additional explanations to a Google Doc, from which I can add new words and grammar patterns to Anki and practice later. The teacher creates an environment where for the first time I truly feel comfortable to admit deficits, and where I can practice and try out new grammar patterns while writing and speaking. Thank you so much!
