Hello everyone. My name is Mio. I live in Kobe in Japan. I was working as a professional Japanese language teacher in language school for 4 years. My hobby is to travel around the world and I have already been to 35 countries so far. I was living in CA, US when I was in high school.

Mio-sensei is such a great teacher! She's amazing at correcting my mistakes but also not overwhelming me with too hard of lessons but still hard enough to challenge me. Very happy to be taking lessons from her!

Over the past 6 months or so I feel that I have progressed in both ability and confidence with the assistance of Mio-sensei. Her teaching style is focused yet flexible enough that we can naturally explore topics as they arise in our conversation and grammar study, which keeps the process of learning fun, exciting and effective. Mio-sensei always encourages me to use grammar points to construct my own sentences which ensures that it is kept fresh through direct associations. She has a fun and sincere approach which makes it a real joy to study with her. I couldn't recommend Mio-sensei enough! 🙂🙏
