My name's Vera. I'm a native Russian speaker. I was born in Moscow. I currently live in Serbia. I enjoy travelling, learning languages and cultures, painting, nature and aminals. I teach English as a foreign language as a professional teacher. I teach Russian as a foreign language as well. I have a diploma of higher pedagogical education. I speak a bit of Chinese and Serbian. Learning languages is one of my true passions. I’m sure that teaching might be very exciting and rewarding as well. I admire loyal and determined students. If you are open, sociable and love foreign languages, cultures, then don’t hesitate to start language journey with me!عني كمعلّم
I teach and learn languages myself, so I know how challenging and exciting it might be to learn a foreign language. My attitude towards students is always friendly and supportive. I enjoy communication with my students and when it feels like a real friendly chat. Lessons become tailored as I get to know your language strengths and weaknesses, your interests and hobbies better. My dear future students, please, read the following. Being a language teacher and a language student myself, judging from my own experience, I have to admit that there is no magic pill or magic spell to put language knowledge in head without 1) making effort 2) spending time 3) devoting yourself or just liking the language you study at least a bit. So, please, take this into consideration. From my part - I always do the best I can to help my students study language effectively, enjoying the learning process and atmosphere in our classes. I really enjoy our classes with Vera, she is a very positive, friendly, and professional teacher. I came to the classes with a request to improve my speaking skills and expand my vocabulary, and in the lessons, we communicate a lot. Every time Vera gives me new vocabulary, which we also regularly reinforce. The classes themselves are interactive and enjoyable, we repeat words in a game format, and discuss interesting and diverse topics. I also want to note that it's always enjoyable to do homework for these classes because they are always interesting, based on TED videos or episodes of a cool series, so homework is always a pleasure. I feel support and assistance from the teacher during the classes, which is also very important. I highly recommend everyone to study with Vera, she is an excellent teacher.
