My name is Agata, and I’m from Warsaw, Poland. I’m passionate about learning languages, literature and poetry in translation, social issues, culture, and film photography. I’ve recently returned to italki, having previously taught here for two years, and I can’t wait to share my enthusiasm for Polish with you all!

I’m an engaging and patient instructor dedicated to propelling you on your language journey. I deeply appreciate every student’s learning style and adapt my approach accordingly. You can count on me to prepare tailored study strategies based on your goals, preferences, and interests. Beginners are always welcome!

I would describe my lessons as fun, relaxed, and inclusive. I use a variety of innovative resources to help you achieve your language goals, and I’m open to working with your own materials. The more creative, the better! Also, I have a wonderful Norwegian Forest cat, Gabbie, who often accompanies me during lessons.

First trial lesson and i think it went really well! I already know a few words as I have a polish boyfriend but I always feel like I don’t know allot but I feel like I know more than I do! Consistency is key and can’t wait for my next lesson! Teacher is lovely and explains things and asks me if there’s anything I’m unsure of, definitely booking a next lesson!

Agata is fantastically fluent in English and Polish. Also a genuinely intelligent human. Regardless of how you would like to learn I am confident that you will be beyond satisfied with the experience. I am as usual struggling with new language skills, which I attribute to my constant moving mind that interrupts me with thoughts in English. She is able to react to my thoughts as quickly as I can. I believe her and still have a hard time believing that English is her second language. We are working on building a custom curriculum that I hope will be useful with other students. One thing we have briefly spoken about is the fact that italki classes are individual. I would love to have a group of peers who are studying Polish and be able to work together including group classes. A+ teacher to a C- student. #grateful
